Mariia Shilnikova Studio is a small business with the core values in the sustainable methods of production and environmentally friendly materials. To minimise the overproduction there is always a limited amount of items for sale.
You can always pre-order items, that could help me limit the overproduction and encourage customizability and sustainability. Every item is unique and made by hand by Mariia Shilnikova.
I enjoy creating commission pieces, so If you wish to have a customized item, contact me before making your order. In this case, the price of the product can vary. The production time takes generally from 4 up to 6 weeks, estimated production time of each product is indicated in the product description. You will be kept up to date on how your order is processed. In this case your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

I want all customers to be satisfied with their purchases, and we're here to assist with any questions or details about our products. Please review these terms carefully before placing an order, as placing an order signifies your acceptance of these terms.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental permission to make purchases from our shop) and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which apply to all orders placed with Mariia Shilnikova Studio for the sale and supply of any products. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. No other terms or modifications to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed by us.
Nature of my Products
Please be aware that due to the nature of materials and my handmade production methods, my products may vary in color and finishing from the photos and previous orders. Keep this in mind when placing your order. My work is entirely handcrafted, so minor differences are natural and add value to our handmade products.
Force Majeure
Events outside of Mariia Shilnikova Studio's control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. In such cases, Mariia Shilnikova Studio is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
Prices
All prices and charges listed are in euros and include Finnish VAT (24%). Delivery costs within Europe are included in the price. Orders from non-EU countries may be subject to duties and/or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are due upon delivery.
Payment
All products remain the property of Mariia Shilnikova Studio until full payment is received. The price applicable is that which is set at the time of placing your order. All transactions are processed through third-party dedicated gateways to ensure your protection. Card information is not stored, and all card transactions are handled over SSL encryption. Please review the terms and conditions of the chosen payment gateway for further details, as they are responsible for the transactions.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges, such as sales tax or customs duty, may apply depending on your region and local customs regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
